Welcome to Day 15 of the 31 Day Blogging Challenge in July 2016! Today, I am going to share with you a timeline of my day (written Thursday July 14th so I could capture the whole day and send it out today). Here is exactly how my day went!
5:30am-6:00am: Wake up and go to my 6am, 1 hour Power Yoga Class!
7:00am-7:45am: Get ready for work (this includes showering, getting dressed, making the bed, kissing Francis goodbye & preparing my breakfast).
7:45am-8:30am: Drive to work!
8:30am: Arrive at work & eat breakfast at my desk as I read over my emails.
9:00am – 12:00pm: Work at my VariDesk with occasional breaks to stretch and move around, eat snacks etc…
12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch break – off to the gym for a sweaty, satisfying session on the elliptical!
1:00-1:30pm: Eat lunch at my desk (a big baked Japanese purple sweet potato with a green salad). I don’t have a photo of it because it doesn’t look particularly pretty but if you watch my 5 senses video, that’s exactly what I ate!
1:30pm – 4:45pm: Work, work, work (with a tea break and moving around to stretch in between).
4:45pm – 5:30pm: Leave work. Make a quick stop at home, cuddle Francis, change and run out the door for my chiropractic appointment at 6:15pm!
6:15pm – 6:40pm: Get my back cracked by the chiropractor!
7:00pm: Arrive home & make myself dinner! Also make lunch for tomorrow!
7:30pm: Wash up, have a shower, get into bed and watch Suits with Francis!
8:30pm: Snuggle in bed, talk and read.
9:00pm: Time for sleep! Getting up at 5:30am again for yoga!
