31 Days Of Self-Discovery! (Journaling Challenge)

Hi all!

Today I am going to be sharing with you a 31 day journaling challenge I have created. These prompts/questions will revolve around self-love and discovery. I’ve always loved to write and let streams of consciousness flow from my pen onto the blank pages but I understand that it can be difficult knowing where to start. If you would like to get into a regular journaling routine, I would recommend getting an aesthetically pleasing notebook, writing tool of choice and begin by addressing the questions below. Answer one question per day and by the end of the month, you will understand yourself a bit better as well as form a great new habit! Try to fill a whole page with each response. I am going to complete this challenge for the entire month of December but feel free to do it at any time.

Also, the images in this blog were taken in Verona, Italy by my husband and myself. I hope you enjoy…

1.) What was/is the most defining moment of your life? How did it define you?

  1. Such a creative way to journal with prompts. I once tried journaling for a day for a year, 500 words at least a day. As that year wore on, it felt like a chore. Some days I had no idea what to write, some days I didn’t want to write. I walked away from that experience not wanting to write…but I am still blogging and writing at my own pace today 🙂

I had a look at question 27 and 29. You know I’m definitely an introvert, loud and proud of it! 😀 I actually am not a huge fan of anger and confrontation, especially when someone is angry or confronts me about something. Negativity is something that doesn’t make me feel good and most of the time I want to run away from times like these. But that’s not always possible, and when I’m forced to stay I usually try to find out why that person is angry or upset, see things from their perspective and try to make things better. Hope you are well my friend <3

    1. Thank you my friend! If it feels like a chore, I would definitely step away from it for a while 🙂 I’m proud of you for trying to see things from different perspectives when it comes to anger. I hope you are well too and can’t wait to catch up! xx
