Our Wonderful News!!!

Hi all!

I can finally share a wonderful secret with you all that Francis and I have been keeping since October 2017…

WE ARE HAVING A BABY!!!!!!!!!!

I am currently 21 weeks pregnant and our little baby girl is due June 27th so only 4 more months to go! It has been everything I dreamed of and more. 

For those of you that followed my blog last year, you will remember me saying that Francis and I saw our month long trip to Europe as our ‘last hurrah’ before starting a family. Well, once we returned, we made it happen! I am going to be sharing my Pregnancy Manifestation Story in an upcoming post so stay tuned for that. We are also currently in the process of buying our first family, 3 bedroom home as our apartment is a bit too small. Many changes and new beginnings up ahead!

If you are wondering, will I continue posting regularly once baby is born, the answer is: I want to and I definitely will try. My job ends April 30th. After that, I will be a stay-at-home mother raising our child until I’m ready to return to work, whilst Francis supports us financially. It is a decision we both made together and are extremely happy about. It does mean that finances will be a bit tighter but I am truly looking forward to returning to a more minimalistic lifestyle so you can also expect a lot more blog posts on that subject.

If there is any content you wish to see regarding vegan pregnancy, minimalism, parenting and more, please let me know in the comments below. I cannot wait to continue this incredible journey and I just want to say, becoming a mother is my absolute dream come true. Francis and I have always wanted a child so we are very grateful that we were given the opportunity to start a family together and create a little human we can love for the rest of our lives. I constantly find myself being in awe that this is really happening and I don’t think I’ve ever cried so many happy tears in my entire existence.
