Recently, my Great Aunt came into some money and was generous enough to share it with her family. For such a long time, I’ve wanted a proper multi-purpose food processor to assist me with all the delicious vegan recipes that I’ve had to dismiss in the past. Due to my unexpected windfall from my Great Aunt, I was able to research and order my Phillips Multi-Use Food Processor online and it arrived last Friday.
I wanted to christen the food processor with a Raw Vegan Cheesecake as the first one I ever made using a regular blender took a lot of effort and the end result was not particularly aesthetically pleasing.
This time around, the process was effortless and enjoyable therefore I wanted to share this simple, delicious recipe with you!
Raw & Gluten Free Vegan Raspberry Cheesecake

Method: *Prior to preparation – cover the base of a spring form cake tin with shredded coconut 1.)

Time To Taste: Before serving – allow cake to thaw in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!!!
